I started Lingo Labels as an alternative approach to conventional methods of language learning after years of trying multiple resources that yeilded expensive and mediocre results. I needed there to be a better way. I realized that we learn best by incorporating new knowledge into things we are already doing, particularly with vocabulary. After spending hours translating words onto sticky notes and placing them around my home, I found them to not be durable and frankly, unappealing. So I set out on a mission to transform the nature of language learning, starting with the sticky notes.

To me Lingo Labels is far more than fancy stickers that support your language learning, it's an effort to unite those of us yearning to connect to our cultural roots, or to something beyond themselves. As a mother and daughter, my mission is to create a world for families where language barriers are not so divisive and language learning is not a luxury only for those that can afford it. A world where being multilingual is an accessible and reasonable skill to obtain. Lingo Labels is for you, your children and their children. It's for generations that are tired of missed opportunities for connection and being bound by invisible strings. Our cultures and language should carry over with us and not cease to exists because of a lack of resources.
